SOCAR – Foster Wheeler Engineering (SFW) demands a fully integrated approach to Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) Management in its facilities, on site and at clients’ locations, in all geographical areas where the SFW provides its expertise, to ensure sustainable and efficient delivery of projects.

SFW has awarded ISO 9001 certification and planning to obtain ISO:14001 & ISO 45001 certificates and integrate with existing ISO 9001:2015 as Integrated Management System (IMS).

SFW establishes, implements and maintains a process(es) for consultation and participation of employees at all applicable levels and functions in the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation and actions for improvement of the IMS. SFW established IMS core team to ensure participation and communication and engagement of all relevant staff in development, implementation and maintaining Integrated Management System. SFW Communication, Participation and Consultation are guaranteed through various ways.

IMS core team – SFW internal team consisting of non-managerial employees from relevant disciplines, established by Head of HSEQ, approved by top management, to ensure staff engagement in Development and Implementation of Quality, Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental management systems.
